WHAT TO BRING…

2. Social Security card
3. Eyeglasses or contact lenses (if applicable)
4. Undergarments and comfortable clothing for the duration of the processing.
5. Running shoes or comfortable sneakers.
6. Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)
NOT AUTHORIZED TO WEAR…
1. Revealing or excessively tight clothing
2. Clothing with offensive language or images
3. Clothing with rips, tears, or stains
4. Clothing with logos or symbols that may be deemed inappropriate
5. Open-toed shoes or sandals
6. Tank tops or sleeveless shirts
7. Shorts that are too short or revealing
8. Clothing with holes or frayed edges
9. Pajamas or loungewear
At MEPS, there are strict rules regarding weapons and jewelry for security and safety reasons. Here are some general guidelines regarding weapons and jewelry at MEPS:
Weapons:
1. Firearms, knives, pepper spray, and other weapons are strictly prohibited at MEPS.
2. Applicants should not bring any type of weapon or sharp object to the processing center.
Jewelry:
1. Excessive or flashy jewelry is not allowed at MEPS.
2. Jewelry that may interfere with the medical examination or processing procedures should be removed.
3.Piercings should be removed or covered if they may pose a safety risk during the medical examination.
4. Wedding bands may be worn, but other jewelry should be kept to a minimum.
